This website is run by REVIV Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09002068, whose registered office is at Office B, Second Floor, Commercial Wharf, 6 Commercial Street, Manchester, M15 4PZ, United Kingdom (we, us, our). We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website.
10XREVIV is a joint venture between REVIV and Cardone Ventures. This website provides corporate information about 10XREVIV. It does not sell any products or services.
What this notice covers
This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website or send us an investor enquiry through it.
What we collect
Investor enquiries: if you use our investor enquiries form, your name, email address, phone number, company name and anything you write in your message.
Technical data: when you visit the website, your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, and the date and time of your visit. Only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies, we also collect how you reached and used our pages.
Please do not send us confidential or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.

Who we share it with
Only REVIV Global Ltd staff handling investor relations see your enquiry. We use Shopify to host this website and receive enquiries; Shopify processes your data on our behalf under contract and only on our instructions. If you accept marketing cookies, advertising platforms receive technical data from your browser.
We do not sell your data. We may disclose it where the law requires, to our professional advisers, or, with your knowledge, to the 10XREVIV joint venture partners where your enquiry concerns an investment.
Where it is stored
Shopify stores website data on cloud servers in Canada and the United States, and its group companies in Ireland and the United Kingdom support the service. Transfers of your data outside the UK are protected by the safeguards in Shopify's data processing terms, including standard contractual clauses approved for use under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep investor enquiries for 2 years after our last contact with you, unless you become an investor, in which case our investor records apply. Technical data is kept for no longer than 13 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw any consent you have given. We offer these rights to everyone, whatever country you are in. Email privacy@myioxhealth.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live — for example the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk), the UAE Data Office, or your national supervisory authority in the European Union.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice whenever we change how we use your data, including when we move this website to our own content management system. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
